Barcelona and PSG were the star performers on the second night of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase, securing statement victories with massive goal margins against their respective opponents.

Barcelona opened the night in the early kickoff against Dutch side Feyenoord, pumping in five goals.

Captain Raphinha led the line with a brilliant brace, supported by a Lamine Yamal free kick and a Karim Adeyemi wonder strike. Gabriel Jesus also made his mark, coming off the bench to score his first goal in a Barcelona shirt.

Feyenoord’s Sem Steijn pulled one back late in the game, leaving the final score at 5-1.

In the later block of matches, PSG made light work of Slovan Bratislava at the Parc des Princes. Former Barcelona forward Ferran Torres stole the show with a spectacular hat-trick, while a brace from Ousmane Dembélé and a late goal by Fabián Ruiz completed a ruthless 6-1 rout for the French champions.

Elsewhere around Europe, Arsenal grabbed a hard-fought 1-0 away win against Napoli thanks to a Martin Ødegaard banger. At Anfield, Liverpool fought back from a goal down to overcome Atlético Madrid 2-1, while Sporting CP launched a second-half comeback to beat Galatasaray 3-1.

Earlier in the evening, VfB Stuttgart also enjoyed a successful outing, brushing aside Viking FK 3-1 courtesy of an Ermedin Demirović hat-trick.
