AI giant Nvidia has confirmed a massive partnership with six Wall Street titans—including BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Blackstone—to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party infrastructure financing.
AI startups and developers are heavily struggling to secure the upfront capital needed for expensive data centers and hardware.
Under this landmark deal, Wall Street will lend billions directly to Nvidia’s customers to finance AI projects and GPU purchases, turning technology chips into an entirely new investable asset class.

With the latest move, global brokerages are predicting that strong corporate earnings and the AI boom will carry the S&P 500 Index to new heights, although l recent trading sessions have hit a roadblock due to escalating tensions between the U.S. and Iran.
The Context: Equities hit record highs earlier this month on rumors of a temporary maritime breakthrough.
But hopes for reopening the vital Strait of Hormuz (a chokepoint for 25% of global seaborne oil) have collapsed after President Donald Trump rejected Iranian demands for war reparations.
Trump instead countered by demanding Iran pay Washington for damages from historical regional conflicts. The resulting diplomatic deadlock has spiked oil prices and reignited Wall Street’s fears of inflation
