FCT Demolition: ‘White Nigerian’ Mohammed Jamal Issues SOS to Nyesom Wike Over Sick Father’s Property

Popular social media personality Mohammed Jamal, widely known as the “White Nigerian,” has raised an alarm over an alleged imminent demolition of his father’s property in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

In an emotional SOS message shared on social media, Jamal directly tagged the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, warning of the severe impact the situation is having on his family.

According to Jamal, his father is currently on a hospital bed while officials from the Department of Development Control are stationed at the family property in the Jabi district of Abuja.

To back his claims, he shared an image of a man in a hospital bed alongside videos of bulldozers deployed to the site.

“If anything happens to my dad,” Jamal warned in his post, expressing deep distress over the timing of the enforcement.

A Vocal Supporter Facing FCT Realities

The incident has sparked intense reactions online due to Jamal’s history as a staunch and vocal supporter of President Bola Tinubu’s administration and his frequent praise of Minister Wike’s policies.

Only months prior, on June 10, 2026, Jamal commended Wike’s governance, tweeting: “One thing that I will give to Wike is that he has reduced those people claiming to be “AMAC” that go around harassing businesses.”

His admiration for Wike dates back years. In 2025, he praised the minister’s infrastructure strides regarding new Abuja bus terminals, tweeting: “I can’t wait for Wike to launch the new Bus Terminals! They are huge! Finally, FCT will have a good transportation system! I’m sure by next year they will be up and running.”

And as far back as June 2021, he jokingly tweeted, “Wike my guy.”

He also recently celebrated political alignments involving the minister, hinting that Wike holds the key to the administration’s electoral successes. After the APC lost the Osun Governorship polls last August, Jamal tweeted: “Anywhere where you no see President Tinubu involve Wike for the election, just know say he has no interest. Welcome to my Ted Talk”

Social Media Backlash

Following his public plea, internet users were quick to point out the irony of his situation, given his long-standing allegiance to the current administration.

Reacting to the SOS post, one follower commented, “Please stop spoiling the name of our Minister. Shebi he’s your guy? Make you sef taste inside 🔥.” Another user added, “Wike fire don burn this one. You never see something.”

As of the time of reporting, neither the FCT Ministry nor the Department of Development Control has issued an official statement regarding the Jabi property demolition.
