APC Amends 2027 Presidential Campaign Council List for Second Time, Adds New Names

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has adjusted its 2027 Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) list for the second time since its initial release, expanding the team with a new supplementary list of members.

Notable among those added in the amended list are former spokesman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Olisa Metuh, former Bayelsa State governorship candidate David Lyon and former Edo State governorship candidate Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

In a press statement issued from Abuja on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 by APC National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka,
the ruling party announced that the supplemental list spans various directorates, sectoral groups, mobilisation structures, and operational units within the campaign council.

Morka noted that the expansion is aimed at strengthening the council’s composition ahead of the upcoming 2027 general election.

He reiterated the party’s commitment to ensuring effective coordination among all components of the PCC as campaign preparations remain in top gear.
