Emergency response teams have arrived at the scene of the collapsed three-story building along Abidjan Street in Wuse Zone 3, Abuja.
Operatives of the FCT Emergency Management Agency, the police, and the FCT Fire Service are part of the joint response team on location combing through the rubble.
Also are members of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
Authorities say the collapsed building had been marked by the FCT Department of Development Control.
