Following a massive multi-state manhunt, police arrested Mangione five days later at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Inside Mangione’s backpack, authorities recovered a 3D-printed gun matching the ballistics of the weapon used, a loaded magazine, and a detailed manifesto expressing targeted rage toward corporate health insurers.
